About Us

Having grown up in Oklahoma, our roots run deep in the eastern Edmond area.  Being raised in the early 80's on an acreage just northwest of Jones & graduating from Edmond North, Tyler's love of the outdoors and wildlife led him to earn a bachelors degree in Biology from OSU in 2001 and a professional degree from OU in 2005.  Throughout his years in college and graduate school, Tyler operated his own lawncare business or worked in landscaping for TLC Nurseries during the summers.  The Ashby's remained local to the area and are settled down on a wonderful tract of land in far southeast Edmond.  Tyler truly lives for his days off, where he can enjoy the fresh air, sunshine, and outdoor space. The family enjoys ATV riding, fishing with their two dogs at various rivers & lakes in Oklahoma, Colorado, & Arkansas, and supporting their athletic teenagers at Jones Public Schools. 

Tyler's personal drive & outdoor spirit led him to start & operate Okla-Scapes Landscaping, which serves east Edmond and the surrounding communities.   Okla-Scapes was created to make your life easier & give you more time to do what you enjoy.
